I don’t have an iPod, I have an Insignia mp3 player, but that doesn’t really matter. And if you could also tell me how to convert songs from Windows Media Player onto iTunes, that’d be great.

If you download ITUNES then go to file and search for media and it will automatically find all songs on your computer and add them. To put songs on your mp3 player, go to my computer and click on the MP3 Player icon (if it doesent show up you might have to download Windows Service Pack 2) Then once you open the MP3 icon, go to the music folder. Then go to the windows media player window click a son that you want to add, and hold the ctrl key and click all the other songs you want to add. Than drag them over to the mp3 folder, and they should be on there.
OR in windows media player, it should have a tab that says copy files to device.
